This water park & hotel was absolutely perfect for what it is. The water park is very clean, the staff is great, and it is a really nice little water park to occupy the kids. I was also really happy with the separate bunk room and king bed room, each of them having a door and the separate living area was amazing.

We stayed in a family suite that had a king bed + two sets bunkbeds which was perfect for our family of six.  Check-in was easy and our room was ready on time, the room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.  During our stay our microwave broke and the manager Cheryl took care of it right away - she was able to get the microwave open to get our food out and got us a replacement microwave.

One of the hardest things to tell about hotels online is what the pool is like, and this waterpark didn’t disappoint.  It has two waterslides, one goes into the lazy river, which has a pool area on one side and that whole pool is about 3 ft deep.  Then there is an area for smaller kids which is about 1 ft to 1 1/2 ft deep and has quite a bit of stuff for smaller kids.  There is also a hot tub which is both inside and goes outside as well,

Overall, a 4.5 star review if it was possible. Waterpark is modern and water is warm. The toddler area is best I've seen; padded floor, shallow, spacious. The lazy river area and slides are also enjoyable. Very clean overall and I highly recommend coming here. Hotel itself has slightly above average room sizes. I loved the large capacity room they have next to the waterpark which has two bunks and a queen. Tv sizes are pretty small though. Unfortunately, I've stayed here twice and I can safely say that this is the worst weekday breakfast I've ever seen offered at a hotel. Pancakes are the highlight. Besides that, be prepared for a lot of other carb options. What disgusts me is that they consistently serve gravy in a plastic(trash) bag within the stainless steel container. I guess I'm thankful for this place because I learned that I can just buy frozen breakfast sandwiches from Target and microwave them in the morning to eat. My family and I have stayed at all of the hotel water parks in Baxter and this is by far the best- very clean- very well kept and best of all; the staff- every single person we encountered used the same phrase, “we take pride in the appearance of our hotel” which tells me they’re well trained and they believe in what they were taught! Very nice stay for families! Good value and nice accommodation for groups.  Our family came to town for a large wedding weekend and we had fun staying. Rooms where clean and staff was friendly.
